Little Big House

The Little Big House is the one style of design which utilizes every inch of space to lower costs. We often maximize the efficiency of ICF construction by using the comfort of hydronic radiant floor heating. Each room has its own thermostat so the home can be regulated for individual use and comfort. This coupled with Geothermal heat sources can save our clients up to seventy percent on their utility bills. Recent tax credits have made the installation of Geothermal heating competitive with conventional gas fired HVAC. When you invest in burning gas, it is gone forever. When you invest in geothermal, you are investing in yourself and it can be sold to someone else.

The design of the Little Big Houses can often save our clients twenty percent on the square foot cost of construction.

The original Little Big House is in Neenah, Wisconsin and is available to be seen by appointment. It is the second home we have designed that has been awarded Wisconsin Home of the Year. Since its construction, we have developed nine other Little Big Houseā„¢ designs, all unique and beautiful styles united by efficiency and very competitive pricing.
